Charter a Train

Did you know you can charter our train? Battle River Train Excursions offers a variety of train charter options for individual groups or business. Great for customer appreciation, team building retreat, group functions such as weddings, family reunions, baby or wedding showers, birthday or anniversary celebrations, or any other idea that you may come up with. We are happy to work with you to make your event happen.

What's Offered

• A hostess and conductor, with light snacks & drinks on the train. Every train ride requires a medic, guests can provide their own, if not then we can provide one.
• Space for 76 people in the main passenger car (up to 90 if we use the caboose for seating).  
• Pick up and drop off at any town along our shortline railway, these include the communities of Kelsey, Rosalind, Heisler, Forestburg, Galahad and Alliance.
• We can also help arrange chartered bussing from various locations if needed.  
• Assistance with caterers at various locations.
• Time frame for charters from start to finish is 6 hours.
