In Rosalind, Alberta, the Detention Brewery has made a big hit by opening their business in the old local school, and bringing out the flair of the school along with brewery surprises. The Detention Brewing Company is a family owned Brewery located along our Battle River Railroad track in the quaint little town of Rosalind with a population of 188.
The Langille family felt inspired to open a brewery in their small hometown in the old Rosalind school transforming the gymnasium into the brewery section and the old science lab into the tap room. The Langilles are excited to be bringing their love of craft beer to our small communities in rural Alberta.
